Scheduled Maintenance

Vassars HVAC Service Agreements

Like your car, your HVAC equipment also needs regularly scheduled tune-ups in order to maintain operational efficiency, by performing maintenance tasks such as changing belts, checking charges, lubricating bearings, etc. Having regularly maintained HVAC equipment will allow your unit to run at its best while saving on monthly utility costs.

It also helps to clean coils and replace filters, which in return give you a healthier indoor environment.  Having your air-conditioning operate reliably through a hot spell or your heating system run through a cold spell can be as important as having your car to take you to and from work.

Our 50+ point inspection includes but is not limited to: checking and recording refrigerant pressures, checking and recording voltage and amperage, cleaning condensate drains, cleaning indoor and outdoor coils, inspecting, cleaning, and changing filters (some restrictions apply), inspecting and tightening electrical connections, inspecting electrical components for wear, and checking general operation of unit and safety devices.
